Yes! Every perk chip features an editable percentage box. While the calculator provides empirical market defaults (+12% for private bath, +8% for parking, +5% for balcony), you can click on any percentage to adjust it higher or lower to fit your roommates' specific agreement.
How is rent calculated by room size?
50% of the rent is allocated equally to cover common shared spaces (living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallways), while the remaining 50% is divided in proportion to each roommate's private bedroom square footage (or square metres) and active amenity weightings.
Does the calculator support weekly rent for Australian leases?
